Gypsum-based self-leveling mortar is a kind of dry mortar specially used for ground leveling prepared by carefully configuring gypsum materials, special aggregates and various construction chemical additives in the factory. Under normal circumstances, this kind of mortar can be directly mixed (mechanical/manual) with water on the construction site into a self-flowing liquid, which can be automatically leveled, and can be used for leveling the floor of indoor buildings, such as for filling the unevenness, fine voids and cracks of the ground. It can be widely used in indoor carpeting, PVC floor, wooden floor and other floor leveling treatment, especially suitable for floor heating system (plumbing/electric heating).

Scope of application

It is suitable for general ground leveling and floor heating backfill leveling, and can be applied manually or mechanically. Due to its outstanding advantages, it is especially suitable for fine decoration construction, and can better present the expected design effect.
 
Construction information

Closed site: The site should be closed, and cross-operation is strictly prohibited. During indoor construction, because indoor ventilation will cause self-leveling ground cracking, so close doors and windows to close the site. It is required that the base layer and the environment be clean, without the disturbance of other types of work, and no interruption or pause is allowed.
Check the base layer: whether the surface is sandy, empty, shelling, peeling, loose, hemp, grease, dust, cracks and other defects, surface dryness, flatness should meet the requirements.
Base layer treatment: clean up the grease, wax and other pollutants, dust and other impurities that affect the bonding strength on the base layer, so that the base layer is dense and the surface is free of loose and debris; Repair honeycombs, holes, empty drums, etc. on the base layer.
Interface: close the base layer to prevent premature loss of moisture of self-leveling mortar: enhance the bonding strength between the ground base layer and the self-leveling mortar layer; Prevents the formation of air bubbles: improves the flow of self-leveling mortars.
Pouring construction: add water in strict accordance with the requirements when mixing mortar, weigh appropriate clean water in the mixing drum, start the electric mixer to slowly add the whole package of self-leveling material, continue to stir until the consistency is uniform, no agglomerate of the fluid slurry, and check the flow performance of the slurry. The mixed slurry is then poured onto a base surface that can be applied. It should be poured continuously, and the interval between the two pouring should preferably be within 10min, so as not to eliminate the stubble.
Auxiliary defoaming: After the slurry is poured, use a toothed scraper to spread the slurry to a suitable thickness, let the wrapped bubbles discharge after standing, and then deflate with a defoaming roller to help the slurry flow and remove the bubbles.
Finished product protection: After the completion of construction, attention should be paid to site closure, prohibition of cross-operation, and prohibition of personnel stepping on at will, until the product finally solidifies.

Initial setting time: The initial setting time of this product is 70~100min.
Water addition: This product is recommended to add 400~450ml/kg.
Construction temperature: The suitable construction temperature of this product is 5~35 °C.

Shelf life

This product should be stored in a ventilated and dry environment, and the shelf life is 12 months.
